Return, Refund And Cancellation Policy

At Savita Auto Parts, we strive to ensure our customers receive high-quality two-wheeler spare parts. Please read our policy carefully regarding returns and refunds.

1. Return Conditions

To maintain the safety and quality standards of mechanical components (like Gasket Packing Kits), we only accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Original Condition: The product must be in its original, unopened, and sealed packaging.

  • Tamper-Proof: Any product with a broken seal, grease marks, or signs of attempted installation will not be eligible for return.

  • Time Frame: Return requests must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the product.

2. Non-returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Any part that has been installed or "tried" on a vehicle.

  • Electrical components (Bulbs, CDI units, Wiring harnesses).

  • Products damaged due to improper handling or amateur installation.

3. Refund Process

  • Once we receive your returned item, it will undergo a quality inspection at our Delhi warehouse.

  • If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

  • Note: Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item sent).

4. Cancellation Policy

  • You can cancel your order at any time before it is dispatched from our warehouse.

  • Once the order is handed over to the courier partner, it cannot be canceled. You will have to follow the return process mentioned above.
