1. Order processing time

  • All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding Mondays and public holidays).

  • Orders placed after 6:00 PM IST will be processed on the following business day.

  • You will receive a confirmation email or SMS with tracking details once your order has been dispatched from our Delhi warehouse.

2. Delivery estimates and timelines

We provide shipping services across India. Estimated delivery times based on your location are as follows:

  • Delhi NCR: 1-3 business days.

  • Metros (Major Cities): 3-5 business days.

  • Rest of India: 5-7 business days.

  • Note: Please note that delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be delayed due to unforeseen logistical issues or extreme weather conditions.

3. Shipping charges

  • Shipping costs are calculated based on the total weight of the order and the delivery destination.

  • The final shipping fee will be clearly displayed at the Checkout page before you complete the payment.

  • Free shipping may be offered on orders above a certain value, as specified on our website from time to time.

4. Delivery partners

To ensure the safety of your products (such as Gasket Packing Kits), we partner with reputed courier services including Delhivery, BlueDart, DTDC, and India Post.

5. Shipment tracking

Once your order is shipped, a Tracking ID and a link will be shared with you. You can use these details to track the real-time status of your parcel on the courier partner's website.

6. Address accuracy and non-delivery

  • Please ensure that the shipping address and contact number provided are accurate and complete.

  • In case of a failed delivery attempt due to an incorrect address or the customer's unavailability, additional re-shipping charges may apply for the second attempt.

7. Damaged or missing items

If you receive a package that appears damaged or tampered with, please record a video or take photos before opening it and contact us immediately. We will coordinate with the courier partner to resolve the issue.
